Roasted Grape Whipped Feta

Ingredients
- 1 bunch grapes
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup hazelnuts
- 4 oz feta cheese
- ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine grapes, rosemary, olive oil and a pinch of salt on a baking tray. Roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove the grapes from the oven and add hazelnuts.
- Roast for an additional 5 minutes, set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine feta, greek yogurt, lemon zest, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
- Top feta with roasted grapes and hazelnuts.
- Enjoy!
