Today I’m sharing my recipe for a simple Almond Sesame Dressing. Because, if you’re a nut lover like me (hehe), you’re looking for any way to use nut butters all day, every day. This simple recipe is perfect for dressing up your salads, slaws, and buddha bowls.
I like to drizzle this simple salad dressing on a colourful slaw filled with red cabbage, sugar peas, carrots, flaked coconut, and sesame seeds. It’s a zesty and zingy way to spice up your daily veg intake.
Alternatively, dip your tofu in this delicious, spicy sauce – or spread it in a wrap for a zesty on-the-go lunch that will take you from blah to bling – workplace envy guaranteed!
Out of almond butter? Use up whatever nut butter you have on hand! Peanut butter works wonders in this one.
