Raise your hand if you love snacks. I don’t mean boring snacks – I mean delicious, crave-worthy snacks that get you excited for the afternoon. That’s why I love this recipe for Cookie Dough Protein Balls – no food processor or equipment needed, just a spoon, a bowl and hands for rolling!
If you love perfect bars, protein bars, or overpriced energy balls, you’ll love these protein bites! Heck, if you love cookies, you’ll love these bay boys.
I used almond flour in my recipe, but feel free to use your fave nut butter and sweetener to mix it up!
