Copy-Cat Cauliflower Thin Pizza Crust

Ingredients
Dressing:

2 cups riced cauliflower

¾ cup almond flour

1 tbsp flax seeds

½ tsp baking powder
-
2 large eggs
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp dried basil
-
¼ tsp sea salt
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a tray with baking paper. Grease generously.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.

Transfer batter to the greased baking tray. Shape in a 12-inch circle, forming with your hands (wet them slightly, it makes it easier to spread!)

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, and top with your favorite pizza toppings, baking for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the toppings are fully cooked.
