Ingredients
- 24oz / 1 ½ lb mini tomatoes
- 10 cloves garlic
- ½ cup hummus
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pasta
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Add tomatoes, garlic, hummus, and olive oil to a baking tray or cast iron pan.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the tomatoes are blistered and soft.
- Toss with your favorite pasta.
