Everything Bagel Noodle Kugel

Serves: 8 to 10

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 oz wide egg noodles
  • 16 oz low fat cottage cheese
  • 16 oz low fat sour cream
  • 4 oz plain cream cheese
  • 5 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons everything bagel spice, divided

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with the melted butter.

  2. Cook the noodles to al dente according to package directions. Drain, and set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and eggs. Stir in 3 tablespoons of bagel spice

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the egg and cheese mixture, mixing to combine. Transfer it to the baking dish, and top with the remaining bagel spice.

  5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until golden and the edges are crispy.
