At this point, I’m made up of about 50% hummus. I put that sh*t on everything from veggies, in soups, pastas, toast, and spoons. It’s my ultimate fridge staple. My new fave way to hummus? Everything Bagel Spice Hummus packed full of seeds and garlicky flavor.
Hummus is seriously simple to make, and even though I literally spend my entire day in the kitchen, it’s always on my grocery list, and I seem to spend a good chunk of change on a creamy, bean dip every week. This is my reminder to STOP buying hummus, and start saving my hard earned money by making it at home. All you need is a few pantry staples, and voila! You’ve got a hummus worth dipping in.
This recipe for Everything Bagel Hummus seriously just involves throwing a handful of ingredients into a food processor or blender, pureeing until smooth, and digging into. No funny business, no soaking beans, no extra steps. Because really, if I buy hummus to save time, the last thing I would want to do is soak a bunch of chickpeas.
So, go make yourself a big batch of Everything Bagel Hummus, packed with bagel-shop flavors and ready for dipping!
