Flourless Peanut Butter Oat Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 c. oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth
  2. Cook according to your waffle maker’s instructions
  3. Enjoy!
