Harissa Ranch

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 – 1/3 cup of water, as needed
- 1 tsp emon zest
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp chives
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp harissa seasoning
Preparation

Add drained cashews, lemon juice, salt and ¼ cup water to a high speed blender, blending on high speed until smooth. Add additional water as needed.

Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lemon zest, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder and harissa seasoning.

Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
