Wine-down with a Manischewitz and Blueberry Compote, made with your favorite kosher wine!
Have you ever tasted an authentic blueberry compote? Compotes are traditionally served as a dessert; they are sweet and taste great when eaten by themselves or over pastries or ice cream and yogurt. My go-to recipes for blueberry compote are pretty simple, but the key is to use fresh blueberries when putting the compote together.
This recipe features my favorite compote- it’s a delicious, tangy compote made with fresh blueberries that has a natural flavor and authentic taste. They give their natural sweet sweetness to this easy blueberry compote with a subtle zing of lemon flavor. You’ll love how easy it is and how quickly it comes together!
Add this compote to waffles, pancakes, or a bowl of yogurt for a surprisingly delicious breakfast treat! The perfect balance of sweet, tart, and flavorful make this a delicious topping for any baked good or meal.
