Potato Chip Marshmallow Squares
Author: Micah Siva
Serves: 16
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, unsalted
- 1, 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
- 4 cups crumbled ridged potato chips
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- Flaky salt, for serving
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Generously grease with cooking spray.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Reduce the heat to low, and add the marshmallow, stirring until completely melted.
- Remove the pot from the heat. Immediately add the crumbled potato chips and rice cereal, stirring with a rubber spatula until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down (I like to coat my spatula with cooking spray to prevent sticking) until compact.
- Sprinkle it with flaky sea salt.
- Let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before slicing.
