Roasted Figs with Tahini and Labneh

Serves: 3-4
- 1 pint fresh figs, halved
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup labneh
- 3 tbsp tahini
- Fresh cilantro, to serve
Preparation:
- Roast the figs at 425F for 15 minutes, or until soft and caramelized
- Spread the labneh in a shallow bowl or dish. Drizzle with tahini, and top with figs. Drizzle with the liquid from the figs.
- Top with fresh cilantro, additional sesame seeds and tahini, if desired.
