Roasted Grape Whipped Feta

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch grapes
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup hazelnuts
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tp lemon zest
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Combine grapes, rosemary, olive oil and a pinch of salt on a baking tray. Roast for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove the grapes from the oven and add hazelnuts.
  3. Roast for an additional 5 minutes, set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, combine feta, greek yogurt, lemon zest, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
  5. Top feta with roasted grapes and hazelnuts.
  6. Enjoy!
