White Chocolate Macadamia Blondies

- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup macadamia nuts, roughly chopped
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla, salt, and eggs. Whisk to combine.
- Add the almond flour and potato starch, mixing until combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and macadamia nuts, stir to evenly distribute.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, or until golden. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing.
