In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking powder, sesame seeds, and cardamom.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, tahini, maple syrup, and milk. Add to the dry mixture, stirring until just combined.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat.
Add batter, ~ΒΌ cup at a time to the frying pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes,or until bubbles begin to form.
Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
