Harissa Ranch
A perfectly bold and creamy sauce with a kick for sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more.
- 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup water, as needed
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp parsley
- 2 tsp chives
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp harissa seasoning
Add drained cashews, lemon juice, salt and ΒΌ cup water to a high speed blender, blending on high speed until smooth. Add additional water as needed.
Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lemon zest, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder and harissa seasoning.
Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Serve!
