Harissa Ranch

A perfectly bold and creamy sauce with a kick for sandwiches, burgers, salads, and more.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 - 1/3 cup water, as needed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 tsp chives
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp harissa seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Add drained cashews, lemon juice, salt and ΒΌ cup water to a high speed blender, blending on high speed until smooth. Add additional water as needed.
  • Transfer to a bowl, and mix in the lemon zest, parsley, chives, dill, garlic powder and harissa seasoning.
  • Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
  • Serve!
