- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp 20g chia seeds
- 2 tbsp 10g unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 1 tbsp flax seeds, ground
- 2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a bowl or container.
Shake or stir to combine.
Let sit in the fridge overnight, or until thickened.
