Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini
For a quick and easy dish that’s a great accompaniment to pretty much everything, try this Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini!

- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch "steaks"
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp za'atar
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1/4 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 450F.Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
Drizzle the cauliflower with oil, and sprinkle with za’atar, sumac, salt and pepper.
Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden and tender.
Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
