Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini

For a quick and easy dish that’s a great accompaniment to pretty much everything, try this Za’atar Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1 inch "steaks"
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp za'atar
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 450F.Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
  • Drizzle the cauliflower with oil, and sprinkle with za’atar, sumac, salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden and tender.
  • Drizzle with tahini and lemon juice.
  • Enjoy!
